Toshiba today introduced the REGZA Tablet AT700 at CEATEC consumer electronics show in Japan. Measuring 7.7mm thick and weighing 558 grams, the REGZA Tablet AT700 is claimed to be the world’s thinnest and lightest tablet. The gadget features a 10.1-inch display, the Google Android 3.2 operating system and a 5MP digital camera. No word on pricing or availability so far.
