NTT DoCoMo has unveiled the prototype of super-fast rechargeable battery phone case at CEATEC 2011. What makes this battery phone case interesting is that it uses a lithium-titanate (LTO) battery that requires only 10 minutes of charging time for a full charge. As a comparison, Toshiba’s Super Charge Ion Battery needs only 5 minutes for a full charge and lasts for 6,000 charge-discharge cycles.
