RunCore has released the MoonDrive USB 3.0 flash drive. The device adopts an SLC Flash NAND as the storage media, which enables the drive to reach sequential read and write transfer speeds of 164MB/s and 150MB/s. The RunCore MoonDrive also supports USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 interfaces. No word on pricing at this time.
